Terms of Service

By accessing or using Colliq ("the Service"), operated by autonoid.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including workspace owners, administrators, and members.

Colliq provides project management, team collaboration, and AI-assisted productivity tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also introduce new features, impose limits, or restrict access at our discretion.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@autonoid.ai of any unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Colliq offers a free tier with usage limits and paid Pro plans with expanded capabilities. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

• Upload malware, spam, or harmful content.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

• Reverse-engineer or extract source code from the Service.

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

You retain ownership of all content you create in Colliq. By uploading content, you grant autonoid.ai a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including its software, design, and trademarks — belong exclusively to autonoid.ai. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, autonoid.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless autonoid.ai and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your account at any time from the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a data export within 30 days before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which autonoid.ai is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
